Basic Clean
A basic clean consists of dusting surfaces, wipe down of bathtubs and showers, toilet cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and trash removal. Also spot checking high touch areas; walls, doors, baseboards, light switches and fans that are easily accessible.
Final pricing is determined by the size and condition of the space.
We do ask that clients pick up cluttered surfaces and floors to help optimize our cleaning time.

Deep Clean
Cleaning includes everything that's included in a Basic Clean
Plus:
windows and window track
blinds
inside oven
outside drawers and cabinet doors
hard scrubbing bathrooms and kitchen
small furniture will be moved and baseboards and floors behind and under will be cleaned.
Final pricing is determined by the size and condition of the house or office space. We do ask that clients pick up cluttered surfaces and floors to help optimize our cleaning time.

Move In/ Move Out Clean
Bought a new place, moving out? Let us prep your home with a detailed cleaning. We will do everything we do in a deep clean plus;
pull the fridge and oven out and clean inside, outside and around of both
Final pricing will be determined by the size and condition of the house or office space.

1 Hour Priority Clean
Cleans start at $85.
Client will make a list of what they would like cleaned over a 1 hour time frame starting with the most important to least. Your cleaner will start at the top of the list and work their way down until the list is complete or time is up.
List can contain any combination of areas, such as:
~ All bathrooms (3)
~ Inside of microwave
~ Make beds (2)
~ Dining room table
$25 for each additional 30mins up to 3 hours.

Little Touches
The Deep Oven Scrub- $45
The Sparkling Fridge Detail- $35
Please remove any expired food so we can clean shelves and drawers more efficiently.
Linen Reset- $15/ bed
Please set out a clean set of sheets and we will strip and make the bed. Not considered an add-on if included on priority clean lists.
Tiding & Reset- $15/room
Busy week? No problem. Just let us know before your cleaner arrives and we will add it to your service. We will handle the tidying for you so you don’t have to "clean for the cleaner." Please Note: If a space is not "ready to clean" upon arrival and requires the cleaner to tidy to access floors or surfaces, this service will be automatically applied to your invoice. We want to ensure your home gets the full attention it deserves!
