A basic clean consists of dusting surfaces, wipe down of bathtubs and showers, toilet cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and trash removal. Also spot checking high touch areas; walls, doors, baseboards, light switches and fans that are easily accessible.

Final pricing is determined by the size and condition of the space.

We do ask that clients pick up cluttered surfaces and floors to help optimize our cleaning time.

Cleaning includes everything that's included in a Basic Clean

Plus:

windows and window track

blinds

inside oven

inside drawers and cabinets

hard scrubbing bathrooms and kitchen

small furniture will be moved and baseboards and floors behind and under will be cleaned.

Bought a new place, moving out? Let us prep your home with a detailed cleaning. We will do everything we do in a deep clean plus;

pull the fridge and oven out and clean inside, outside and around of both

Cleans start at $85.

Client will make a list of what they would like cleaned over a 1 hour time frame starting with the most important to least. Your cleaner will start at the top of the list and work their way down until the list is complete or time is up.

List can contain any combination of areas, such as:

~ All bathrooms (3)

~ Inside of microwave

~ Make beds (2)

~ Dining room table

$25 for each additional 30mins.

Oven Cleaning- $15

Inside The Fridge- $20

We will remove any expired food and clean shelves and drawers.

Bed Making- $5/ bed

We will have the client set out clean sheets and we will strip and make the bed. Not considered an add-on if included on priority clean lists.

Counter/ Shower Grout Cleaning- $10/room

Does the grout in your shower or counter need some extra TLC? With this add-on we will spend a bit more time and focus on them for you. Does not include flooring.

Quick 15 Min Pick Up- $10/room

Didn’t have time to get the stuff picked up off the floor or papers scatted everywhere? We will spend 15 minutes on a quick pick up.
